Dick: He is dumb because he tried to kill death, he is greedy because he wanted all the gold for himself. He is a flat character because he only has a few personality trait
Palomon: He is brave because he was willing to fight for Emily, he is also kind hearted because he wished to win Emily's love and not to win. He is a flat character because he is only brave and kind hearted which is only a few character traits

In a morality tale there are ordinary people and has a moral in the end. This makes the Pardoners Tale a morality tale. The moral was that if you go looking for death don't be surprised when you find him. The main characters are Tom, Dick and Harry who are ordinary people. These example prove that the pardoners tale is a morality tale. You can tell that the main characters are just ordinary because they don't use magic.This story has ordinary people and a moral therefore it makes it a morality tale.
The Nun's priest Tale:
In a fable there are talking animals and a moral at the end. The nuns priests tale has these features so it makes it a fable. The moral at the end is flattery gets you in trouble and keep your mouth shut (have trust issues) Since it has a moral this further proves that its a fable. The main characters are Chauntacleer (a cock) and Sir Russell Fox (a fox). Chauntacleer speaks and sings and Sir Russell fox speaks. Sir Russell Fox said" Yes! Stretch it for me. Stretch it!" Chaunticleer said "Just listen to this." Since there are talking animals and a moral at the end this proves that the Nuns Priest Tale is a fable.
The Wife of Baths tale:
A folk tale has a be very believable story, has normal people in it and has a life lesson and has a bit of magic. So this means that the Wife of Baths tale is a folk tale.The lesson in the story was don't flirt with everyone or you'll get in trouble. The setting of the story is a castle and a forest when which is believable. And there are normal people such as Sir Codsbrain, Arthur and Guinivere, but the old woman in the story turns into a beautiful, young lady so she is a bit magical.
The Knights Tale:
Chivalric romance is a story with chivalric knights and romance. So this makes the Knights Tale a chivalric romance. Arcite and Palamon fall in love with Emily, then later they have a joust for Emilys love. So this proves that the knights tale is a chivalric knight because there are chivalric knights who fight for a girl. Palamon and Arcite are chivalric because they care more about love than fighting.
